A Sunny Past

A SUNNY PAST — In light of his parents having suffered from dementia, Sunny Ng decided to recollect the stories of his kampung, the Chye Kay Village, before it was too late. A graphic book on his kampaung would be made, but not by him alone. The act of remembering the past required the help of a community, and the community celebrated Sunny's artistic talents to see such a book be realised. Through Sunny, a kampung spirit is revitalised and a little more history preserved.
